In 1997, I was offered a position with the Del Webb Corporation at their first Northern California active adult community, Sun City Roseville. I had never worked for a builder that was entirely dedicated to creating a standalone community that provided a country club atmosphere to active adults.

We had a ball at Sun City Roseville and are proud to say that it sold out in a record four years. In early 1999, I moved to the newest Sun City in Lincoln for its grand opening in February. We had planned for the project to take ten years to complete. Lincoln Hills was another runaway hit for Del Webb and was sold out within seven years.

Opening Carolan Properties

In late 2004, as the sales program began to wind down, I decided to remain on-site in Lincoln Hills and start my own brokerage. Lincoln Hills is very special to me. I have hundreds and hundreds of clients living there, many whom I consider friends.

Carolan Properties began in October 2004. We are located within the community near the main Orchard Creek Lodge. I sincerely believe in the Del Webb concept and intend to spend the remainder of my career, helping clients exclusively in Lincoln Hills. I have been blessed to have my family join me in the company and feel confident that we offer our clients the highest level of service.

Over the years, I have been the recipient of many sales and customer service satisfaction awards. The most rewarding thing for me is when clients recommend me to their friends or call me for my service again.

I received my license in 2013 and have hit the ground running! Real estate has been in my life for as long as I can remember. My mother, Penny Carolan, received her real estate license when I was in kindergarten, and she quickly fell in love with the business. Over the years, she has made a great name for herself in the Sun City Lincoln Hills community, and it is such an honor working with her. I may be a newer agent; however I am working with an agent who has been in the business for almost 30 years and has given me the guidance and tools that most agents could only dream of having.

I have learned so much helping Buyers and Sellers for the last seven years. I have made many wonderful friendships with clients I have helped. In the spring of 2020 when we were faced with COVID-19 and having to
navigate the new way of selling homes, I decided to take my work and be more
home based so that I can be with our young daughter.

While I no longer represent Sellers or Buyers, I am thrilled to be continuing as Penny’s transaction coordinator and am also helping other agents in this capacity too. It has turned out to be a win win for me and Penny’s clients too. I have perfected our systems during shelter in place and we have been able to
make the escrow process so much easier for our clients. I look forward to helping Penny’s clients and making the purchase or sale of their home as stress free as possible.
